Day of Coordination

The coordination package is for those doing the leg work but need a trusted professional for the wedding day! If you’ve planned nuts and bolts of your wedding, and you’re looking for someone to come in and iron out those final details and make sure everything runs smoothly, this is the package for you. We have our first planning meeting around 6 weeks out, where we collect all of your details and help with any final missing pieces. We complete your timeline, organize your setup, and build out your processional order. This allows for you and your family to sit back and enjoy the day!

Coordination+

The Coordination Plus+ package is the perfect in between for those that want to do the planning themselves, but need extra support through the process, or maybe you have already completed portions of the planning and require less assistance. We take the time constraints out of the coordination package and offer couples unlimited email communication from the day you book, monthly meeting check-ins to consult on anything you may want to discuss, a site visit, and polished execution of your plans.

Partial or Full Planning

There’s no greater joy than saying “I do” to the love of your life, but the planning and logistics required in the lead up to getting down the aisle can be taxing!

With a partial or full-service planning package, we take the stress of staying on task off your plate. Every wedding is unique which means that every couple receives a custom quote with your wedding’s priorities in mind.
