We cannot express how much it meant to us to be able to release any stress or to-do’s in the days before the wedding and day-of, knowing she was handling it. Things like, packing away our shoes in our travel bag at the end of the night or bringing us a cocktail/appetizer while in the midst of photos. The best decision I made for my wedding day was having Radiant Event Co. as our day of coordinators. I could not have imagined a more perfect day, and everything was so smooth. Not only was the day of perfect, but the attention to detail before and during the event was perfect. All of the props and decorations were put out better than I could have imagined. We never realized how much work goes into making a great wedding. We started down the path of organizing things ourselves but soon came to the conclusion that we did not have the time or expertise to sort everything out ourselves, especially given that we were having a destination wedding and could not be in town to sort everything prior to the day. Chelsea and her team came to our rescue, customized a package to suit our needs given what we had sorted ourselves, and guided us to a perfect day, even going so far as to custom decorate the cake with flowers in a pinch. There is little more I could say to recommend them more. Take the stress out of the wedding and get a good wedding planner, and if you are looking for a great one then Chelsea and her team are who you are looking for.

Chelsea was an amazing coordinator! She was helpful before, during, and after the wedding. ” We are convinced that our wedding would have fallen apart at the seams without Chelsea there. We contacted her very late into the planning (with a month left) and in the short time that we worked with her she continually blew us out of the water. Chelsea was very eager to follow our vision for our wedding. However, in the places we were unsure, she gave us choices and opinions for what had worked for her in her past weddings.
