Wedding Coordinating and Management

The coordination package is for those doing the leg work but need a trusted professional for the wedding day! If you’ve planned nuts and bolts of your wedding, and you’re looking for someone to come in and iron out those final details and make sure everything runs smoothly, this is the package for you. We have our first planning meeting around 6 weeks out, where we collect all of your details and help with any final missing pieces. We complete your timeline, organize your setup, and build out your processional order. This allows for you and your family to sit back and enjoy the day!

Coordination+

The Coordination Plus+ package is the perfect in between for those that want to do the planning themselves, but need extra support through the process, or maybe you have already completed portions of the planning and require less assistance. We take the time constraints out of the coordination package and offer couples unlimited email communication from the day you book, monthly meeting check-ins to consult on anything you may want to discuss, a site visit, and polished execution of your plans.

Partial Planning

The partial planning package is the perfect option for couples who want to be involved with the process, but are not sure where to begin. You need some extra help in the beginning to get the ball rolling, book reputable vendors, and cut out some of the time spent on initial emails and minutia involved in wedding planning. I become your partner in reaching out and collecting information and quotes based on your vision and design, which we review together. You still get to make the ultimate vendor decisions and book accordingly. Think of
me as your consultant and assistant leading up to your wedding.
